Of course here I am on the computer so of course that could have something to do with it \ud83d\ude42  Seriously, though, I can&#8217;t figure out why I sabotage myself so much&#8230;I&#8217;ll be thinking of all the 10 most important things I need to do, then it feels overwhelming, and none of it gets done!<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps expecations are the problem&#8230;if I just dropped my expectations of myself then I could perhaps meet them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Does anyone else ever feel like they are always behind?
